This full internal renovation of a classic Woollahra terrace began with the discovery of extensive termite damage shortly after the property was purchased. What was initially an unexpected structural issue evolved into a broader whole-home renovation, with significant remedial works required to the ground floor timber joist system and parts of the first floor.

As the renovation had not been anticipated, the client had not planned to undertake the full project at once. We worked closely together over a 9-month period, staging the works carefully to work within budget while still delivering a cohesive, high-quality result.
