This garage and facade renovation was completed for a dated single-storey Bondi home, with a clear focus on improving kerb appeal and functionality. Works included repainting the exterior, replacing windows, and making structural changes to the garage to widen the entry for a modern vehicle, while also incorporating a bin store and roof storage.
The completed project gave the home a cleaner, more contemporary street presence and delivered practical everyday improvements to parking and storage.

Delivered in collaboration with a commercial builder we have worked alongside for a number of years, this project involved the reconstruction of the existing portico at the main entrance to Rossmore Church. The original structure was in a poor state of repair and required careful rebuilding, with a strong heritage focus and a clear brief to match the existing profiles, details, and construction method.
All timber elements were milled, turned, and routed in Australian hardwood before reconstruction began. The result was a carefully restored entry that respected the character of the original structure and allowed the Church to reopen to its parishioners.

This full internal renovation of a classic Woollahra terrace began with the discovery of extensive termite damage shortly after the property was purchased. What was initially an unexpected structural issue evolved into a broader whole-home renovation, with significant remedial works required to the ground floor timber joist system and parts of the first floor.
As the renovation had not been anticipated, the client had not planned to undertake the full project at once. We worked closely together over a 9-month period, staging the works carefully to work within budget while still delivering a cohesive, high-quality result.

A strategic pre-sale renovation completed within a heritage conservation area, designed to maximise value and prepare the property for market efficiently. The home had been vacant for 11 years and required significant remedial work, including a new roof, followed by carefully considered internal structural changes to create an additional bathroom and open-plan living while retaining its original character. External works included major landscaping, retaining walls, backyard levelling, and a new driveway. The completed project delivered a 100% return on investment.
